Job Description:
Front of House Staff manage the guest experience in the main event area, ensuring seating, flow, and overall presentation run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with seating and directions
- Maintain order and crowd flow
- Support host/emcee as needed
- Ensure front area stays clean and organized
- Handle guest inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage crowds calmly
- Good communication skills
