Job Description:
Backstage Staff coordinate all behind-the-scenes activity to ensure models are prepared and transitions are smooth.
Responsibilities:
- Organize lineup order for models
- Coordinate quick changes and timing
- Communicate with stage/front-of-house teams
- Maintain a calm, controlled backstage environment
- Ensure only authorized individuals are backstage
Requirements:
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Experience in events or fashion shows (preferred)
- Calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
