In- Person Practice (Thursday, June 11, 2026)
Job Description:
The Model Practice Coordinator leads and organizes rehearsals to ensure all child models understand their walk, timing, and positioning for the fashion show.
Responsibilities:
Guide models through runway walks and formations
Organize practice flow and timing
Demonstrate walking techniques and stage presence
Ensure models understand lineup order
Provide encouragement and maintain a positive environment
Requirements:
Experience with fashion shows, modeling, or coaching (preferred)
Strong communication skills with children

Ability to manage groups of kids effectively

Job Description:
Model Check-In Staff manage arrival and registration of all participating models, ensuring a smooth and organized start to practice.
Responsibilities:
Check in models using registration lists
Confirm attendance and collect any required forms

Direct models and parents to appropriate areas

The Parent Meeting Coordinator leads or supports the parent orientation session, ensuring all parents/guardians understand event expectations, schedules, and rules.

Distribute important information or documents
Maintain order and timing of the meeting

T-Shirt Distribution Staff handle the organized distribution of event shirts to models and participants.
Responsibilities:
Distribute correct shirt sizes to each model
Track inventory and remaining sizes
Verify names or registration before issuing shirts
Maintain neat and organized distribution area
Handle exchanges if needed (based on availability)
Requirements:
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage inventory efficiently
Friendly and patient with kids and parents
Basic record-keeping skills

The Fitting Coordinator ensures each model is properly fitted in their assigned outfits for the fashion show.
Responsibilities:
Assist models with trying on outfits
Ensure proper sizing and fit
Coordinate any necessary adjustments with designers/stylists
Keep track of assigned outfits per model
Maintain an organized fitting area
Requirements:
Experience with fashion, styling, or wardrobe (preferred)

Job Description:
The Check-In Team manages arrival, registration, and initial flow of models, designers, and guests.
Responsibilities:
Check in models and confirm registration
Distribute wristbands, badges, or schedules
Direct models and parents to assigned areas
Answer general questions
Maintain organized entry flow
Requirements:
Strong organization and attention to detail
Friendly, welcoming attitude
Ability to manage lines and high traffic
Comfortable using checklists or digital systems

Front of House Staff manage the guest experience in the main event area, ensuring seating, flow, and overall presentation run smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Keep Group A models organized and together
Ensure models are dressed and ready
Line up models in correct order
Escort models to staging area when called

Lunch Staff ensure models, staff, and participants receive meals and refreshments in an organized and timely manner.

Coordinate timing so it doesn’t disrupt show prep

Designer Coordinators work directly with fashion designers to ensure their collections are properly presented.

Job Description:
The Fashion Show Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ATL Kids Summer Fashion Show, ensuring a seamless, professional, and high-energy production. This role manages planning, coordination, and execution of the runway show from rehearsals through the final walk.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the overall fashion show production timeline
- Coordinate with designers, models, performers, and event staff
- Oversee rehearsals, model lineup, and runway flow
- Direct backstage operations including quick changes and staging
- Work closely with stage manager, DJ, and host to cue music and transitions
- Ensure all segments (designers, performers, intermission, finale) run on schedule
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and maintain a smooth show flow
- Lead final walkthrough and ensure readiness before show start
