Job Description:
The Parent Meeting Coordinator leads or supports the parent orientation session, ensuring all parents/guardians understand event expectations, schedules, and rules.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate or assist with parent meeting presentation
- Communicate event logistics, call times, and expectations
- Answer parent questions clearly and professionally
- Distribute important information or documents
- Maintain order and timing of the meeting
Requirements:
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Professional and confident presence
- Ability to handle questions and concerns calmly
- Organized and knowledgeable about event details
- Experience working with families (preferred)
